Approved produce backed by The Meat & Livestock Association along with an extensive range of quality seafood. Designed to showcase the fully open kitchens, the restaurants encourage staff and customer interaction to create a truly memorable dining experience.

The concept has been developed by Graeme & Denise Diamond who have been involved in the hospitality & retail industries for over 20 years. Their vision is to create a string of destination restaurants where families, business people & travellers alike can enjoy quality steak, seafood & service with a smile whilst enjoying a range of facilities rarely seen at any one dining establishment.
